The film blowing machine heats and melts the plastic particles and blows them into a film. 2. Working principle
Film blowing machine is a device that melts and blows plastic particles into a film, which is mainly composed of film blowing and winding. The role of the winding part is to wind the blown film into a roll, and make the rolled film flat without wrinkles, neat curling, and the film on the reel should be moderately tight to prevent the film from stretching and deformation and ensure quality. Therefore, constant tension control must be used when winding. At present, the torque motor is mainly used in the industry to achieve the above control, but there are shortcomings that require manual adjustment during operation, the operation is inconvenient, the torque motor generates heat during long-term operation, the controller is relatively easy to damage, and the reliability is not high. .
Introduction of film blowing machine winding process
1. Constant tension must be maintained throughout the winding process without manual adjustment;
2. When the empty roll is started, the tension should not be too large to prevent the film from wrinkling, and the tension should not be too small during the full disk operation to prevent the film from being taken up too loosely;
3. The system is responsive, and can be quickly adjusted according to the changes of pre-stage speed and tension during acceleration and deceleration to ensure constant tension;
4. It is required to quantify the tension, that is, the tension can be set according to the process requirements of different film production.

The main traction roller of this system adopts ALPHA6000 universal frequency converter, and the winding adopts ALPHA6000S vector frequency converter, and the system adopts open loop vector mode.
