Use of AS100 AC servo system in position mode

On the occasion of the company's 12th anniversary, the Alpha AS100 AC servo was officially released at the Shanghai Industry Fair. The birth of AS100 marks the official entry of Alpha into the field of motion control. After nearly two years of research and development, testing, trial and test sales, the AS100 AC servo has been successfully used in machine tools, manipulators, cutting machines, packaging machines, winding machines and other fields.

I. Overview

After nearly two years of research and development, testing, trial and test sales, the AS100 AC servo has been successfully used in machine tools, manipulators, cutting machines, packaging machines, winding machines and other fields.
2. AS100 AC servo wiring method
The AS100 AC servo fully considers the convenience of use during hardware design and software development. When it is used, it only needs a simple connection and parameter configuration to run. The wiring method of AS100 is introduced below.
1. Electrical connection
Servo basically works in position mode in most application fields. The following uses position mode as an example to explain the wiring method of AS100.

As shown in Figure 1, L1, L2, L3 are the main circuit power input interface of the driver.

Drivers of 5.5A and below support single-phase or three-phase 220V input. If single-phase input is connected to L1 and L2, three-phase input is connected to L1, L2, L3. LC1 and LC2 are the power input ports of the control loop. When used, they are connected to 220VAC. B1, B2, and + are the braking resistor interfaces. If you do not need external braking, you can use the factory-equipped socket directly to plug in and use the internal brake. U, V, W, PE are the main circuit output interface of the motor. When in use, directly connect with U, V, W, PE of the motor one by one (note: U, V, W phase sequence can not be connected wrong). CN1 is the motor encoder interface. There is a corresponding signal on the motor encoder, which is connected according to the corresponding relationship. CN2 is the control signal interface. Figure 2 provides a simple connection method. If you need to use more control and detection signals in your application, you can refer to the manual. The ground wire must be connected. Connect the ground wire to the ground terminal when using it.

3. Advantages of AS100 AC servo

9. The pulse output can be arbitrarily divided, and the output pulse is stable and accurate.
10. Complete monitoring function, convenient for user debugging and fault diagnosis.
